grassroots 18·26 is a project initiated and carried out by the clubs. The activities are implemented in coordination with the FSR and the regional associations.
Until separate structures are created for this promotional activity, the formal activities (receipt of payments, contracts with service providers) will be handled by the structures of the Kantonalbernischer Rugbyverband (kbrv.ch).
